Feature ideas and fixes for this app. Whenever we agree on something new to build, it lands here — check items off as they ship, and export/send back so Claude stays in sync.
Nothing on the list right now.
Client follow-ups
Things you said you would do, soonest first. Tick one off here or on the client, or tap a name to open them.
New exercises still needing a video —
Only exercises created from here on. An exercise drops off this list by itself the moment its video is uploaded — nothing to tick off. The 338 already in pending merge are untouched, and the library's own missing videos live in Missing Videos.
Filming list —
What you're recording next. An exercise drops off on its own once its video is uploaded, so this list can never claim you still owe something you've already shot.
Choose what to film — still without a video
Every exercise waiting on a video. Add a whole category for one session, or pick them off one at a time.
Maintenance — one-off jobs
Both of these change live data. Check first: it reports what it would do and changes nothing.
Make pending exercises real
They work now, but they live in your saved state instead of the database, so nothing on the server knows about them. This writes each one as a proper exercise and re-attaches its clip.
Put the two video lists back
Only needed if you ran the migration on the 15:42 build. That version did not record which video list each exercise belonged to, so both lists emptied. The names are still recoverable — from this browser, or from the server's own version history.
Sharpen the old preview frames
The bulk-imported previews are 320px wide; the card wants about 480. This reads a fresh frame out of each clip at 960px. The old image is left in storage either way.
Pending merge — send these back to Claude when you're ready

My Favorites
Organize your starred exercises into your own folders — e.g. "Go-to Shoulder", "Go-to Core" — instead of one flat pile. An exercise can belong to more than one folder. Drag a card from "Unsorted favorites" onto a folder to file it in.
No folders match your search.
Unsorted favorites
Not yet filed into a folder — use "+ Add favorite…" in any folder above to sort one in.
Star some exercises in the Library first, then come back here to organize them into folders.
My Courses
Keep the exercises and techniques from courses you've done — like the Grey Institute series — organized by course and section (e.g. Ankle, Knee, Hip, Lower Back, Thoracic, Neck, Shoulder). Exercise cards here are the same as the library. Any brand-new exercise you add on this page shows up in the library right away and gets folded into your permanent exercise database once you export and send it back.
▶ Import a course match every exercise to one already in your library before anything is built
Create or choose a course above to start organizing it.
My Programs
Save the programs you build for each client and see their history here. Starting a new program for a returning client fills it in from their last one automatically — same days and exercises already in place — so you just swap in whatever's progressing (sets, reps and load stay in your training platform).
Client Notes
Add or choose a client above to see their program history.
Favorite Programs
Programs you've marked as favorites from any client, gathered in one place — so a program you're proud of is easy to find and hand to someone else who'd benefit from it too. Mark a program as a favorite from its card in My Programs, or from its "Open program" summary.
No favorite programs yet. Open any client's program and click "☆ Favorite" to add it here.
My Clients
Everything for one client in one place — why they came to you, their training plan, body charts and handwritten notes, flags, and their whole program history. Start a session to work with the program, the chart and your notes side by side.
Reason for coming to see me
▶ Training profile the generator opens on this
Equipment they can train with
Movement patterns to train
▶ Training context goals, job, and what they will not do
Exercises they will not do a preference — kept separate from anything clinical
▶ What needs improving carried into every generated program
▶ Do not program never generated for this client
Whole movement patterns
Specific exercises
Training Plan
Flags weak or overloaded areas — these feed Generate Program
Typed notes history — new notes are handwritten now
Body chart mark pain sites and restrictions — dated, so you can compare sessions
Handwritten notes write with the Apple Pencil instead of typing
Follow-ups things to do about this client, with a date
Letters, reports & scans PDFs and images — stored privately, links expire after five minutes
Pain & discomfort everything flagged during a session, newest first

Generate Program
How the generator works
Drafts a full periodized program in one go: Release → Mobility → Activation warm-up, a Main Section built from the movement patterns you pick below, Core, and a Down Regulation closer - balanced across your library. Choose Progressive overload (same exercises, sets/reps/rest climb week to week with a deload before each new phase) or Weekly variety (fresh exercise picks each week within a phase) - either way, harder variants swap in via your Progression - Harder chains every 4 weeks. Pick a rehab protocol below to draw the warm-up from a specific injury's exercises (optionally scoped to one stage), combined with the normal Strength & Conditioning main block if you like. What comes out lands as normal, editable programs in My Programs - one saved program per week - review and adjust freely, same as anything you build by hand. No AI involved in the generation itself - just filtering and following the chains already in your data.
What needs improving — picked exercises land in Activation

Session template
What goes in each section. Leave a section untouched and it draws from everything. Tick things and it draws from those first — and if there are not enough of them, it fills the rest from elsewhere and tells you it did. The number beside each option is how many exercises it finds at the level and equipment set above.

Adjust this one
Mark each one. Progress swaps it for its harder variant where your chains know of one; the generator fills whatever is left. It cannot tell how the last block went — that call is yours.

Trash
Anything you delete lands here first — exercises, clients, programs, body charts, notes, folders, courses, progressions and plans. Nothing is thrown away until you empty the trash or delete an item from it. The last 40 deletions are kept.
